Due to our various suppliers, we have separate warranties for different vendors. Please review the information below to find the best information for you.
For Nexus Sabers:
Nexus products carry a 6 month limited warranty from date of receipt. This warranty covers defects found in original workmanship and original materials only, and does not extend to modified products of any kind. The warranty does not apply to software for electronics. Products where damage and wear are expected, such as blades and batteries, may be exempt from warranty. These parts will be considered at the discretion of the company, taking into account timeframes and scope of use.
Products may have blemishes or imperfections, such as light scratches or dings and are received directly from supplier. Products are inspected for visual imperfections upon arrival. Excessive damaged pieces are rejected, if there are imperfections they have been deemed within tolerance.
Sound Boards are not covered under any warranty from factory error or by customer or user errors. All components are quality controlled prior to my receiving of them and tested again before shipment to customer.
Warranty is void for excessive force during dueling, water damage or blatant negligence
**Star Light - Sabers may be able to offer repairs on our partners electronics and components. This WILL void LGT warranty and will only be offered with sincere confidence we can solve the problem.**
For Star Light - Sabers installations and repairs.
My installs have a 6 month limited warranty that extends to my work. Including de-soldered joints, loose/broken wires, and parts, EXCLUDING soundboard malfunction outside of install error.
Warranty DOES NOT cover manufacturing defects from supplier, water damage, client provided parts (physical parts not supplied by me), beyond excessive force during use or return shipping. Parts/services outside of warranty are subject to labor/repair fees.
*PIXEL BLADES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, REPAIRS CAN BE MADE STARTING AT A $25 FEE*
*CRYSTAL CHASSIS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY*
If my services are the reason for failure, I will replace parts and install them at no cost to you.

Used Sabers are not covered any warranty and are sold *as is*
