Due to our various suppliers, we have separate refund policies for different vendors. Please review the information below to find the best information for you.
For LGT Sabers:
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Contact us immediately if you are experiencing problems with your item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Products will remain eligible for return as long as they remain in original packing and are sealed.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
For Custom Installations:
I do not offer a refund of completed projects. All my work is warrantied and I will work with you to be satisfied with your product. An outright refund for my efforts will not be issued.
All permanent customization will not be eligible for a refund. These include but are not limited to powder coating, acid etching, machining, ect.
If product is not functioning as intended, and you decline warranty repair. The installation fee alone will refunded, and warranty coverage ends immediately. If in my possession, your product and parts will be returned to you as is.
If the product/parts are ruined or destroyed by my actions during installation or repair, replacements or refund will be issued. This does not include manufacturer defects. If the product fails through manufacturing means, you are responsible for the replacement.
If you deem to cancel your order any parts purchased for your build will shipped to you in current state of progress. As I am an installer not a supplier, any and all parts purchased by me on behalf of your project will not and can not be refunded.
By commissioning my services you agree to these terms with no exemption given.
Certain items can not be returned if the customer:
-knowingly purchased a defective item
-damage from at home repairs or commissioned repairs
-sale items, used items, and gift cards
-any customized or personalized piece
-sound fonts are NOT eligible for a refund
Star Light - Sabers is not responsible for the loss or damaging of good on return shipment. If items are damaged or lost in transit a refund will not be issued. Please pack items well and use trusted mail carrier. We highly suggest shipping insurance and tracking as well.
